Shipment & Delivery

Karabag.com finds it very important that you receive your order in a timely manner. Therefore, regardless of the purchase price, your order will delivered to you and/or retrieved from you free of charge!

Once you have placed your order we will carefully package your product(s) and transfer them to one of our logistics partners, such as DPD, DHL of PostNL.

Your order will be delivered within 5 working days to you or to a specified third person.

Our logistics partners all have a "tracking number" that you can track your order. We will send you your tracking number by email once your order has been handed over to our logistics partner.

Your order will be delivered to your billing address or if specified on your shipping address. You can fill out your 'shipping address' at the checkout. If you haven't given a specific shipping address, we will automatically use the billing address.

If you wish to have your order to delivered to a family member, acquaintance, neighbor or at your work, you can simply specify a different delivery address when ordering.

If you should not be present on the day of delivery, your order will be presented again by the deliverer on the next or specified business day. If you are not present again, the driver will leave an instruction note indicating how to pick up your order.
