How do I compare multiple carpets/kilims ? offers you the possibility to compare multiple products. This will obviously make the search proces for the ideal carpet easier. You can add a carpet or kilim to your selection by clicking on the symbol . On the top of your screen you will see marked in red the number of carpets/kilims you have selected. Once you have finished your selection click on the symbol at the top of your screen to compare your selection of carpets/kilims with more details.

How do I order a carpet/kilim at ?

To order a carpet or kilim at you need to take the following steps :
Find the product(s) you wish to buy and add them to your shopping cart.

You can add products to your cart and continue to browse our webshop without losing the carts contents. Once you have finished selecting the different products, click on the symbol and proceed to checkout.

I am still having doubts, can I drop by at your showroom ?

At you are always welcome in our showroom! To view the desired carpets or kelims, we advise you to contact us first to make an appointment. Our regular business hours for the public are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.

With which payment methods can I pay on your site and is it safe ?

You can pay at with iDeal, Mister Cash, Giropay, Maestro, Visa, MasterCard, Postepay, Paypal, Carte Bleue, Cash-on-delivery and Billink. Our payment provider provides us with the most up-to-date security for all payments.

How many days does it take to receive my order ?

Depending on your order, this may take from 1 to 5 days. Custom-made carpets have a different delivery date, we will confirm an exact delivery date to you.

How do I follow my order ?

After we have packed your order and have handed it over to our logistics partner, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your order.

Cancel or exchange

How can I cancel my order ?

To ensure you of your purchase on our website, we have a 30 Day No-good Money-back guarantee. These days do not start until you have received your order. You may of course cancel your order also before shipment. How can I return my order ?

Once you have canceled your order, you will receive within 24/48 hours a confirmation from us with the return labels and instructions to send the product back free of charge. It is very important to address the product in good packaging, so we recommend to keep the original packaging until you are sure of your purchase. Is there a guarantee on my purchase at ?

Yes, when you purchase a new carpet on our website, we give 2 year warranty on manufacturing defects. The repairs will be performed free of charge.

I have a problem with a carpet which I bought from someone else, can you help me with my issue ?

Of course, you can also rely on for all your questions and/or problems. We will give you an honest opinion and help you where we can.

I have a carpet/kilim that I want to have repaired or cleaned, what should I do ?

With many years experience, we,, carry out all repairs indoors. We are after all also the contact for many retailers across Europe for carpets/kilims repairs and cleaning. To make the process as simple as possible, you can go here . To give good advice, we need several photos to be attached to the form. Once your request form is received, we look with the eye of an expert to your carpet or kilim. You will receive within 2 to 5 days a price offer by email for the repair/cleaning or divergent advice.

What is the ‘Karabag’ maintenance package ?

When buying a carpet or kilim at we give you the right to a one-time cost-free maintenance of your carpet/kilim. Your carpet/kilim will be cleaned and verified free of charge. This way we can also ensure that your carpet will last for years. For more information click here.

Problems and Complaints

I have a complaint or problem, where can I address my issue ?

It might be that you have a complaint or problem in regard to our services, even though we take the utmost precautions to deliver the best services possible. If you do have a complaint or problem we kindly ask you to address your concerns to our servicedesk. This can be done per e-mail, regular post or by phone. Our staff will look into the complaint and/or problem and try solve it to everyones pleasing.

After receiving your complaint/problem, you will receive a confirmation of reception. We will treat your complaint or problem within 14 days after reception, if we were to need more time we will notify you in a timely manner.
