The Natural Gabbeh carpets are completely natural and not colored. Originally Gabbeh designs were characterized by a thick pile with geometric and symbolic drawings. The Gabbeh carpets were carpets that told a story, landscape or emotion. There are many types of Gabbeh's these days such as the Kashkoli Gabbeh, Luribaft Gabbeh and the Line Gabbeh. The Natural Gabbeh is manufactured the exact same way as the other Gabbeh's, but instead of coloring the wool, multiple colors of wool are used to create different designs, shades and tones. The Natural Gabbeh collection has a knot density of approximately 160.000 knots per m2.
